تعالج منصة Ordo بيانات حساب المطعم ومحتوى القائمة وبيانات المصادقة وسجلات الموافقة لتقديم الخدمة. نستخدم Supabase لقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الملفات.

قد تُرسل أسماء الأصناف والأوصاف والمكونات وعناوين أعمدة الجداول إلى Mistral AI أو Groq فقط عند استخدام مالك المطعم لميزة ذكاء اصطناعي بشكل صريح. لا نرسل أسماء العملاء أو أرقام هواتفهم أو سجل طلباتهم إلى مزودي الذكاء الاصطناعي.

تُستضاف بيانات الحساب في الاتحاد الأوروبي خلال المرحلة التجريبية. يمكن التواصل مع مشغل الخدمة لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف. هذا الإشعار معلوماتي ولا يُعد استشارة قانونية.

Ordo processes restaurant account details, business menu content, authentication data, and consent records to provide the service. We use Supabase for database, authentication, and storage services.

Menu names, descriptions, ingredients, and spreadsheet headers may be sent to Mistral AI or Groq only when an owner explicitly uses an AI feature. Customer names, phone numbers, and order history are never sent to AI providers.

Account data is hosted in the European Union during the pilot phase. Contact the service operator to request access, correction, or deletion. This policy is a product notice and not legal advice.
